Requirements: automatically scale jpg’'s to specified size (1 MB or less) prior to upload to internet
The script will be called when an html form is submitted. This script will be completed before php attempts to upload it.

To outline the process: An individual decides to add a jpg to their online library for use on their website. They click the add a picture button in an html form that we provide. The form gets the jpg and the php script uploads it. But before the jpg is uploaded the new code to resize the jpg is activated and the copy that is being sent to the server is automatically scaled first.
